While I was engaged and enjoyed the movie, I wasn't drawn in. I strangely never felt uncomfortable. I think it did good job at helping the viewer understand what Aron went thru but not a great job. I think Boyle could have taken more chances at longer stretches of nothingness to create some more tension. It was almost too filled with activity. All and all solid and a difficult story to make into a movie and hold our interest and attention. So not bad Danny Boyle, and James Franco was terrific.

Exercise pt 2

Started the Biggest Loser facebook challenge and already have 2 teamates ! This may help me stay focused and track my efforts. I know facebook or rather social networking in general has social issues but currently good things outway the bad. I like having a "one stop shop" to get to all my sites that I use... We'll see if it is our downfall.

Exercise

Let's see, I also need to incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday. That really shouldn't be that hard...but it is about the conscious effort. I have to remember that my whole body is a precious commodity and should be treated as such. And minimum 64 ounces of water a day.
