While I was engaged and enjoyed the movie, I wasn't drawn in. I strangely never felt uncomfortable. I think it did good job at helping the viewer understand what Aron went thru but not a great job. I think Boyle could have taken more chances at longer stretches of nothingness to create some more tension. It was almost too filled with activity. All and all solid and a difficult story to make into a movie and hold our interest and attention. So not bad Danny Boyle, and James Franco was terrific.
